mcqs came from ACT,1962.

my today's paper of BNK601:

1: What is credit information?

2: Is Principal is liable for the misconduct or fraud of the agent according to agreement act?

3: Describe the instances when agreement became void.

4: Higher the reserve requirements reduces the creation of money. if u agree give the solid reasons for ur justifications.

5: According to the Banking ordinance 1962, how the board of director is formed... like that.. dont remember exact statement.

first 3 questions are of 3 marks and remaining two carry 5 marks... there are 32 questions among them 27 are mcqs but dont find them in past papers...

all from banking ordinance and banking act like that....
