What is a curtain raiser?

The curtain raiser is a full program in itself which actually is a forerunner before a major program. For instance; a very important OIC conference is going to be held in Pakistan. A day before, or even earlier, special programs will be aired to make people familiarize with the issues the conference is going to discuss. This program will be called curtain raiser.

Mobile disc jockeys travel with portable sound systems and play recorded music at a variety of events.

Who is a Video Jockey?

A video jockey (usually abbreviated to VJ, or sometimes veejay) is an announcer who introduces and plays videos on commercial music television.
